Lower Lewis River Falls is a waterfall you can practically drive right up to (i.e., it’s a short walk from the trailhead parking area), or you can incorporate it into a longer hike taking in several other waterfalls (like what’s described here, 6.6 miles, or what’s described here, 4 miles). As you could guess from the name, there’s also an Upper Lewis Falls (and a Middle), but this is the most breathtaking of the three.
The first photo was taken in 2015, and the second is from 2014, the first time we went. We were bummed it was raining, but look how much more water there was! The third photo is of the trail right near the falls.
