Opening a Baked Potato

Ever wondered what the best way to open a baked potato is? I’m pretty sure it’s this: You cut into the potato from end to end lengthwise, and then push the two ends together until the oval reverses shape like in the drawing below. If the potato is baked through enough, this should be super-easy and result in fluffy, almost mashed-potato-like insides for you to eat.potato cut2I learned this method online, but, unfortunately, it was so long ago that I can’t remember the source, or else I’d credit them!
