Tomato with Breakfast

Just a simple, tasty breakfast post today:

English muffins with just the right amount of butter and salt, eggs with sauteed leftover mushroom and onion (and fresh chives thrown in at the end), and other yummy things from the kitchen counter. I had come across some tomatoes at the grocery store that actually had some flavor, so I was enjoying slicing one up each morning to eat with breakfast. It’s a surprisingly tasty addition that rounds out the meal nicely.
